14 year old Taylor Rose sings current and traditional country music, and also writes her own songs. She plays the fiddle, guitar, mandolin and piano.
As any typical teenager, Taylor loves to text, laugh, take pictures, laugh, hang out with her friends, laugh, and have a fun time. She enjoys horseback riding, sports, writing songs and riding quads. She loves spending quality time with her family and friends. She enjoys her life on the ranch that has many and diverse animals - but especially enjoys her horses, Sassy, Whinny and Klikitat (Kliky).
Taylor was born with the Luck O' the Irish on St. Patrick's Day in 1995, and her proud and happy Irish Great-Grandfather was there to welcome her. This Irish heritage has brought her a lot of good fortune in everything she does. Taylor, of course, likes shamrocks and wouldn’t you know, her favorite color is green.
Taylor says, "Irish luck is fun but I know God has given me this special talent. I'm blessed to have the opportunities to share this gift with people."
At the tender age of only 8 she won the Rogue Valley Fun Center Talent Contest in the 8-to-12 year old category. No wonder, she's been performing on stage since the age of 5, and at 6 she played the lead role of Dorothy in the "Wizard of Oz" musical. At 9, she started singing in her own show at the local county fairs, the family band blossomed from there.
Today, Taylor has enjoyed performing at some of the biggest county fairs in the Pacific Northwest and has appeared in countless musical events including bluegrass festivals, fairs and local churches.
Aside from performing music, Taylor Rose is an accomplished rodeo girl, a state qualified gymnast and an award-winning artist.
Taylor has started bringing her younger sister, Bailey, on stage with her. Bailey is an 11 year old who plays the mandolin and piano, and has won many art contests,
including several on a national level.
Taylor has had the opportunity to go to Nashville several times. Her first experience was to go to the International Bluegrass Music Awards (IBMA).
She has also taken two Vocal Master Classes from Nashville celebrity voice coach, Renee Grant-Williams. Part of this tutelage requires the attendees to perform a song on stage and have their performances critiqued by top music industry veterans.
In 2007, just one month after turning 12 years old, Taylor finished her first Vocal Masters Classes with a #2 ranking out of an entire class of about 120 participants - most of which were seasoned adults.
Taylor was chosen to sing one of her original songs at the famed BlueBird Café on songwriters night.
She also sang 3 original songs at the Hall of Fame Lounge while in Nashville.

Waiting outside the famous Bluebird Cafe.
